What you'll be doing:

- Contacting potentional clients  by phone and/or chat and ensure they closed in an efficient and timely way.

- Promote our company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers.

- Provide and maintain professionalism  with all our partners and clients as well, and show empathy at all cases.

- Support the growth of the business by providing high-quality service.

- Work with a team of excellent professionals with a deep understanding of the market.

- Reach targets setted out by client statement of work  as well as internal targets. 

 

Requirements:

- Fluency in Arabic language (Native)

- Work experience in customer service or sales will be a plus

-Strong customer communication skills

- Team pleayer and ability to collaborate effectively and effectienly in a multicultural enrironment.

- Absolute desire to compete and win.

- Self-motvated and solving skills.
