Your responsibilities:

• Responding to customers' inquiries via e-mail, chat & phone

• Fluency in Portuguese
• Excellent writing skills
• Good command of English
• Soft skills & politeness
• Technically adept (know your way around Windows, shortcuts, basic troubleshooting)
• Capability of multitasking
