- Collaboration with customers – KPIs monitoring & communication
- Active participation & support in projects, to improve customer service and streamline the end to end supply chain
- Customer and pricing master data maintenance
- Order and Invoicing management
- Complaints & claims handling
- Daily communication with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, for efficient order planning
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service
- University Degree (preferably in Business Administration/Finance or related fields)
- Proficient knowledge of English and Greek.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Previous experience in SAP would be acknowledged
- Organizational skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Advanced Teamwork and cooperation skills
