Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements within the supply chain domain

• Develop comprehensive solutions that address business challenges, utilizing your expertise in IT and supply chain management.

• Lead or participate in the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring their alignment with project objectives and delivering tangible benefits to the organization

• Coordinate and perform testing activities to validate the functionality and performance of supply chain solutions

• Provide support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth adoption of new technology solutions

• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation for supply chain solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or distribution

• Experience in WMS systems

• Experience with SAP modules, such as SAP MM, PP, and SD

• SAP EWM or SAP certification in SC management are a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in understanding and translating business needs into technical requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
