ERP Business Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing development of our ERP systems, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Navision. This role plays a key part in improving business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, ensuring efficient ERP utilization and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvements through ERP solutions.
- Participate in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Navision.
- Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Configure ERP modules, manage system integrations, and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide user training, support, and guidance for effective ERP adoption.
- Work closely with external ERP partners, consultants, and vendors as needed.
- Drive continuous process improvement and enhance system efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Navision.
- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or system support roles.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a commercial or trading company environment.
- Knowledge of reporting tools or data analysis (e.g., Power BI).
- Exposure to digital transformation and ERP optimization projects.
