We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our team and turn complex data into compelling stories to join our dynamic team in Heraklion, Crete. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw information and strategic decision-making, building BI solutions that empower teams and directly influence the company’s direction.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple large-scale sources.
• Design and develop BI solutions such as reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Stay current with emerging BI tools, technologies, and best practices.

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries for large datasets.
• Experience with a programming language for data analysis (preferably Python).
• Experience with BI & analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Analytical thinking and capability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Greek & English.
