We have a network of customers both wholesale and retail covering the whole of Greece, including confectionary suppliers, catering companies, confectionary/bakery shops & chains, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, kitchen supply stores and e-shops.

We are looking for an IT & e-Commerce Executive. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver design solutions with flair for modern minimal design practices that support business needs, as well as support all creative projects related to our brand. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for e-Commerce related tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• E-commerce
  • Manage the Front end by dealing with Cron exceptions
  • Data entry by ensuring e-shop is fully updated for new products (titles, photos, descriptions)
  • Regularly review the website and recommend structural, visual, and content updates as needed
  • Update website banners as required
  • Implement and maintain offers available in the e-shop (also via newsletters)

• ERP Consulting
  • Offering solutions and dealing with everyday problems as they arise
  • Maintain data in ERP and use importer tool as required to implement mass changes to data, e-shop filters and categories

• Senior IT Support
• Responsible for Tec Solutions
  
  • Regularly assess the company's / users' need to assess whether new software / hardware should be purchased 
  • Responsible for maintenance and upgrade of IT systems

• Newsletters
  • Send thematic and offer newsletters to customers. Ensure mailing lists reflect the latest database of customers. Composing newsletter and other media posts is the responsibility of the Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive 

• B2B/B2C Order Processing (only when Sales team requires support)
  • Assist with incoming client inquiries when the sales team requires support, providing guidance on how to use the B2C/B2B ordering platform
  • Support order processing when necessary
  • Provide backup customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions when the sales team is unavailable
  • Assist with client communication regarding orders, payments, and delivery logistics when needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• MS Office & Excel skills
• ERP & CRP Systems (knowledge of EPSILON ERP system preferred)
• Fluent Greek and English
• Previous experience in Food / DIY / Arts & Crafts industries ideal but not essential
