Key Responsibilities
Spa Treatments: Perform a variety of personalized spa treatments, guiding guests through their journey of relaxation and tranquility.
Guest Care: Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued throughout their spa experience.
Environment Preparation: Prepare and maintain the spa environment to the highest standards of serenity, cleanliness, and presentation.
Service Guidance: Recommend and explain suitable treatments to guests, enhancing their personal wellness journey.
Team Collaboration: Support the spa team in creating a seamless and unforgettable spa experience for all guests.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Receptionist, ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
- Fluency English Level. Good command of another language would be a plus.
- Degree/Diploma/Current license in Spa/Physiotherapy/Cosmetology.
