Key Responsibilities
Treatments: Perform a variety of spa treatments (massages, facials, body treatments) according to established protocols and guest needs.
Guest Care: Welcome guests warmly, provide consultations, and ensure a relaxing, personalized spa experience.
Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards.
Product Knowledge: Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests to enhance their journey of wellness.
Teamwork: Support the spa team by maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and assisting colleagues when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
Recognized certification in massage therapy, beauty, or spa treatments.
Fluency in English.
Strong knowledge of various treatment techniques and products.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Professional, discreet, and focused on delivering a premium guest experience.
