The ideal candidates should have:
- a minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service departments in commercial companies
- working knowledge of ERP/CRM software (i.e., ATLANTIS, Entersoft)
- deep knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL
- average knowledge of written & verbal English
- strong communication skills
Customer Service staff are the liaison between company's sales department and our customer base, and their main duty is to execute in the most efficient way the order operational cycle (receipt-invoicing-delivery-returns) as also the respective reporting of their tasks.
The position is full time with a competitive package in a very pleasant modern office environment.
