Customer service operator is responsible to connect with the customers, handle their requests, communicate with the Central Customer Service Department, coordinate successfully the order delivery, update the customers about order’s delivery progress, provide alternative solutions in case of delivery challenges. Fluency in English (verbal and written), good communication skills, ability to work in virtual teams, problem analysis and solving, time management, capability to work under pressure and prioritization   are essential to perform the job. Basic knowledge of shipping sector is also considered an advantage. Residents of the wider area of Piraeus will be preferred.
