Personal Assistant to the General Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists GM in Guest Relations duties: prepares lists of guests, updates Opera, informs GM of VIPs, assists in coordinating Guest Relations team
  • Handles GM’s office administration tasks following up on all pending tasks
  • Handles GM’s email account and filing. Responds to emails in accuracy and speed.
  • Keeps minutes of all meetings and shares with appropriate departments
  • Organizes GM’s trips
  • Manages and controls GM’s daily calendar
  • Coordinates appointments/ meetings
  • Plans internal events and meetings
  • Assists HR Manager in recruiting tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry as a PA.
  • University Degree in Business Administration and/or relevant Tourism degree.
  • Excellent command (oral & written) of Greek and English. Knowledge of a second foreign language would be highly appreciated.
  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry as a Guest Relations Role in 5* hotel/ resort would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Opera.
  • Proactive and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and strong writing skills.
  • Performs well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Self-motivated, focused, multitasking, and proactive. Ability to work with speed and accuracy under pressure.
