Administration / HR Assistant


MS Security Group, a leading and highly reputable group of companies with over 40 years of global presence in the maritime security industry, is seeking to recruit an Administration / HR Assistant to join its team at the Piraeus offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support in administration and HR functions in line with internal policies and applicable requirements.
  • Assist with all general office operations and coordination of administrative processes.
  • Maintain, update, and organize records, files, and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Vocational Education (IEK) diploma or University degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in an Administration and/or HR role will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
