Bios Therapeutics , a fast-growing Pharmaceutical Company, is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Manages call center, distributes correspondence mail, supports customer service.
- Acts as the point of contact among employees, providers, external partners & customers.
- Manages calendars, meetings and corporate events, prepares meeting rooms, coordinates schedules.
- Scans and organizes documents and files, Data Entry
- Makes travel and accommodation arrangements
- Coordinates workflow with sales-team/ Implements promotional actions
- Manages corporate supplies
- Updates order file, creates daily sales reports, controls inventory
- Issues clients invoices and handling payments- collections
- Monitors bank payments/customer/supplier/withdrawal movements/ Agreements of balances with customers/ Issuance of Credit invoices due to return of items.
- Support the CEO and CFO on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, especially in Business Administration or a Degree in Secretarial Studies
- 3-4 years of work experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
- Computer literacy (MS Office), especially excel. Familiarity with Entersoft and or Softone ERP will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English ( any extra language will be considered as an asset )
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Accountability and attention to detail
- Very strong work ethic and confidentiality
