Job description & responsibilities:

  • Support HR administration, including preparation of necessary recruitment documentation, creation of new employee files and data registration in HR systems
  • Prepare employment contracts and amendments, related HR decisions and coordinate approvals from Top Management
  • Follow up on contract updates and liaise with department Managers as needed
  • Support administrative personnel processes (e.g. transfers, promotions, etc.) by updating records and issuing relevant documentation
  • Update and maintain employee records in HR systems (both electronic and physical files)
  • Assist with monthly overtime checks and help with monthly timesheet closures
  • Ensure that the digital card system aligns with labor laws, monitor accurate tracking of working hours & overtime, and conduct regular audits
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze HR statistical data and prepare periodic HR reports as required
  • Contribute to the implementation of all company's policies and regulations
  • Monitor all HR related company decisions and contribute to the proper application of applicable Collective Labor Agreements
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR administrative tasks, depending on department needs

Job Requirements & Preferred skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Psychology, Law, Science or a related field
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar role in a large organization
  • Understanding of HR administrative processes, employment contracts, and personnel documentation
  • Familiarity with labor laws and Collective Labor Agreements is an advantage
  • Experience working with HR systems and strong data entry accuracy
  • Experience in managing and maintaining digital work cards and related employee attendance/timekeeping systems will be considered positively
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
