- A professional approach in promptly answering customer inquiries and to provide information about our products and services.
- Manage and assist students with their inquiries and issues whilst studying in different countries across Europe.
- Manage various social media correspondence on different forums for the organization.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments across the organization for accurate resolution
- Supporting students by responding to questions and queries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining records of interactions with students & customers.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
- Work with various teams across the organization to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Language requirements: English native speaker.
- MS Word and Excel is essential.
- Supervising a small team to create online virtual events.
- Working on and reporting to the company manager regarding various business development projects.
