Responsibilities
- Supports the monitoring of the national and international regulatory framework governing the energy markets in which the organization operates or seeks to operate
- Assists in the management of regulatory matters and monitors decisions related to the regulatory framework, and maintains relevant records
- Participates in documenting the organization's positions within the context of national and European consultations, in collaboration with the relevant organizational units
- Contributes to the identification, analysis, and assessment of the impact of existing or upcoming regulations on energy markets
- Supports the techno‑economic handling of the company's legal disputes on regulatory matters, in collaboration with the relevant organizational units
- Assists in the development and management of the company's regulatory compliance programs
- Contributes to the development of necessary regulatory communications, partnerships and alliances to promote the company's positions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a University in Law or Engineering or Economics or Sciences
- Master's degree will be considered an additional qualification
- Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in regulatory affairs management
- Experience in the energy sector will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
