The responsibilities for this role include:
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Managing customer invoicing through our ERP program
• Maintaining inventory records
• Preparing monthly financial reports, including budgets and balance sheets
• Conducting bank reconciliations and processing payments
• Drafting and distributing correspondence such as emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Serving as a point of contact for both internal and external clients
• Assisting with report preparation
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for supervisors and managers
• Providing general support to visitors
