Personal Assistant to CEO
(based in central headquarters in Kifissia)
Main Responsibilities
- Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and brands/employees.
- Liaison with external associates.
- Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence.
- Handling requests and queries appropriately.
- Managing diary and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Making meeting arrangements, preparing files.
- Taking dictation and minutes - Follow ups.
- Making travel arrangements (booking, itineraries etc.).
- Sourcing office supplies.
- Producing reports, presentations and briefs.
- Maintaining office filing system in physical and electronic form.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary (3-5 years) preferably in premium / luxury environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Fluent in Greek and English language (handling of international correspondence).
- MS Office proficiency.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- High School degree, PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
