Role Summary: You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering exceptional customer service to the hospitality sector. You will work closely with the internal departments to streamline sales operations and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to track sales activities, analyze trends, and support decision-making.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Process customer orders in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize company's CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documents for internal and external meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales administration, customer service preferably in the hospitality or software industry.
- Skills:
- Clear and effective communication
- Flexibility, adaptation and teamwork
- Self-motivation and capability of working independently.
- Analytical thinking and planning ability.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office
- Language Skills: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
