Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Officer for Stationery Business Unit, located in Kifisiá. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to secretarial support, sales reporting and customer satisfaction.
Main Accountabilities:
- Registration / control of customer orders.
- Telephone communication with customers and internal handling of sales order issues (clarifications regarding orders, deliveries, etc.).
- Updating and maintaining files & reporting [invoicing, sales (ERP, excel)].
- Secretarial support of the department, correspondence, approvals, expense reports, archiving, supplies, updates, meeting organization, showroom supervision, repair forms.
- Telephone service for end consumers and external associates.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service expertise.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service roles preferred.
- Fluency in Greek and English languages.
