Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Officer for Stationery Business Unit, located in Kifisiá. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to secretarial support, sales reporting and customer satisfaction.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Registration / control of customer orders.
  • Telephone communication with customers and internal handling of sales order issues (clarifications regarding orders, deliveries, etc.).
  • Updating and maintaining files & reporting [invoicing, sales (ERP, excel)].
  • Secretarial support of the department, correspondence, approvals, expense reports, archiving, supplies, updates, meeting organization, showroom supervision, repair forms.
  • Telephone service for end consumers and external associates.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service expertise.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service roles preferred.
  • Fluency in Greek and English languages.
