Paralegal Administrator

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal Administrator to join our Legal, Contracts & Compliance General Division, based in Athens. In this role, you will support corporate governance processes and legal documentation management, contributing to the smooth and compliant operation of the Legal Department.

Your role will encompass

  • Supporting corporate governance processes, including preparation and maintenance of minutes, corporate books, and decision registers
  • Monitoring approvals, authorizations, signatures, and related legal procedures to ensure compliance
  • Managing the invoicing cycle through SAP (receipt, review, system entry, approval tracking) and liaising with Finance and external partners
  • Organizing and maintaining legal documentation, ensuring proper electronic filing and adherence to internal procedures
  • Collecting, classifying, and monitoring legal documents, authorizations, and corporate records
  • Providing administrative and coordination support to the Legal Department while handling sensitive information with confidentiality


What you bring to the role

  • A degree or diploma in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role within an in-house legal department or law firm
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, particularly invoicing and approvals workflows
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational and document management skills
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively
