In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire an experienced Investment & Asset Management Associate.
Position Summary
We are expanding our Investment & Asset Management team and are seeking a highly motivated Associate to support the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of hospitality-focused investments. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in finance and a strong ambition to grow within the dynamic hotel and leisure sector.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the financial and operational performance of existing portfolio assets.
- Build and maintain comprehensive three-statement financial models, including fully integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts, with scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the operations department to ensure alignment between financial insights and asset performance.
- Contribute to ad-hoc strategic and financial analysis projects as required.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reporting packs for senior management and investors.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and build robust, dynamic models to assess investment opportunities and project returns.
- Evaluate real estate and hospitality investments across multiple markets.
- Participate in due diligence processes for acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
- Perform industry and market research to support investment decisions and identify market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline is considered a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, asset management, corporate finance, consulting, or another relevant field.
- Strong working knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and analytical methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – experience with other financial databases is a plus.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
