EXPORT SALES ASSISTANT


About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Export Sales Assistant to support our international sales operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the export team, ensuring smooth order processing, communication with overseas clients, and coordination with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and developing relationships with international clients.
  • Prepare and process export orders, commercial documents, and shipping instructions.
  • Monitor order status and delivery timelines, ensuring timely dispatch.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
  • Maintain accurate client records, price lists, and sales reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Export Director.
  • Handle inquiries from international customers and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support the preparation of offers, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and company procedures.
  • Monitoring of timely payment of product.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
  • Previous experience of minimum 3 years in export sales, logistics, or customer service.
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
