An International Commercial Company based in Marousi is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operation of the call center
  • Make travel arrangements for executives and company’s employees
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • Drafting letters and documents
  • Assist as requested and perform other related duties as required
  • Distributing and file incoming and outgoing letters and e-mails
  • Organize and coordinate meetings
  • General secretarial duties


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferable
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent PC skills, including MS office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skill, integrity and confidentiality
