🧩 Our team is growing!
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and well-organized HR & Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our team and provide essential assistance to both Management and the Human Resources department.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. They will work closely with the CEO and the HR Manager to ensure the efficient running of the organization.

 

🎯Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the CEO & HR  Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as required.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems and databases.
  • Coordinate communication between the Executive Management team and other internal departments (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, etc.).
  • Handle procurement requests, office supply management, and vendor coordination.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Organize and prepare documentation for internal meetings, audits, and operational reviews.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, documents).
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned to support overall operations.
  • Handling communication with Vendors & Partners.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations support role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
