We are looking for an Front desk Administrator to join our dynamic Team!

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming, hosting, and managing visitors
  • Handling and servicing the telephone center and correspondence
  • Organizing and supporting meetings at the company’s offices
  • Filing and general secretarial support duties
  • Responsible for regular maintenance of office equipment and ordering consumables and stationery
  • Typing and filing emails, reports, and other corporate documents

Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a similar position
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
