Role Overview

The Sales Back Office Employee plays a key role in supporting sales operations, ensuring accuracy in contract management, and providing assistance to internal teams, external agents, and customers. This position is critical in maintaining smooth processes, resolving issues efficiently, and safeguarding compliance with company procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide daily support to internal call center agents, external agents, and B2C employees throughout all sales processes.
  • Review gas and electricity supply contracts prepared by external agents before submission to the network administrator.
  • Create and manage supply contracts in the CRM system based on input from external agents, ICC, and B2C employees.
  • Track and resolve pending issues raised by agents and call center staff.
  • Coordinate with courier services for contract delivery.
  • Send supply contracts to customers for signature and ensure timely receipt.
  • Verify, scan, upload, and archive signed customer contracts in the CRM/SharePoint system.
  • Maintain and manage customer documentation in both digital and physical archives.
  • Handle customer and agent inquiries via email (sbo@zenith.gr), inbound, and outbound calls.
  • Manage churn requests and maintain accurate records of churn customers.
  • Perform customer credit checks through Teiresia for all signed contracts.
  • Monitor and report incorrect CRM entries, sharing findings with the Back Office Team Leader.
  • Support new tasks and responsibilities as assigned within the RSO sector.
  • Participate actively in company training programs.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems; strong computer literacy.
  • Languages: Good command of English.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
