Entry / JuniorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong tech literacy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars and schedules for executives
- Answering or screening emails, phone calls, and in-person appointments
- Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking, preparing itineraries, and assisting with expense reports
- Managing documents and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering supplies and coordinating with administrative staff
- Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external partners
- Assisting with special projects by organizing resources and monitoring progress
Working Hours: 11:00 – 19:00
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendars
- General tech literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools and software
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset, but not mandatory
