Personal Assistant


Kariera Group Recruitment Services team is seeking, on behalf of a client, a pioneer manufacturing industry, Personal Assistant in Athens.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Provide personal support when required.
  • Liaise with partners and suppliers.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and organizational tools (Outlook, Google Calendar, Teams)
  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
