An International Commercial Company based in Marousi is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation of the call center
- Make travel arrangements for executives and company’s employees
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Drafting letters and documents
- Assist as requested and perform other related duties as required
- Distributing and file incoming and outgoing letters and e-mails
- Organize and coordinate meetings
- General secretarial duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferable
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent PC skills, including MS office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skill, integrity and confidentiality
