The ideal candidates should have:
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service departments in commercial companies
- Working experience in ERP/CRM software (i.e., ATLANTIS, Entersoft)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL
- Multitasking abilities and a collaborative team spirit
- Intermediate English level (verbal & written)
- Strong communication skills
Customer Service staff are the liaison between company's sales department and our customer base, and their main duty is to execute in the most efficient way the order operational cycle (receipt-invoicing-delivery-returns) as also the respective reporting of their tasks.
The position is full time with a competitive package in a very pleasant modern office environment.
