We are seeking a results-driven, self-motivated, and highly communicative Executive Assistant to support our General Manager at our Piraeus office. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Managing GM’s information flow in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
- Maintain and update the GM’s agenda, ensuring optimal time management
- Coordinate and arrange business travel and accommodations
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and briefing materials
- Screen and handle phone calls, emails, other correspondence on behalf of the GM
- Represent the GM when required, conducting professional communication
- Support ad-hoc tasks and daily operational needs as assigned by the GM
Requirements & Skills:
- University Degree in Maritime Studies/Business Administration or a related field
- Up to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility, a positive attitude and a high level of confidentiality
