Personal Assistant – Construction Sector
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our construction company, Sunmix Investment. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails and correspondence
- Maintain and update company records, files and documents
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management and site teams
- Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices and project documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, clients and subcontractors
- Support HR and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks
- Deal with governmental authorities, such as Land Registry, Urban Planning, Municipality etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Knowledge of AI tools
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with the construction industry will be considered an asset
