About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Management and customers/suppliers.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the GM.
  • Office Organization
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations.
  • Manage the GM's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives.
  • Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the GM and executive team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in English and Greek language
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and business matters
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
