Personal Assistant to the General Manager
Admistrative & Sales Support
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Management and customers/suppliers.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the GM.
- Office Organization
- Coordinate meetings and presentations.
- Manage the GM's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives.
- Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the GM and executive team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in English and Greek language
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and business matters
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
