Role:

• Support Fleet Management Team with focus on D-A-CH region
• Data acquisition and administration in fleet management software
• Appointment management for vehicles according to legal requirements
• Invoice entry and verification according to specifications
• Fuel card management, driving licence checks, mileage charging via online platforms
• Creation and editing of presentations and reports
• Management of documents

Requirements:

• Interest in managing an international fleet of over 800 vehicles
• Enjoy working with numbers and data maintenance
• Initial experience in accounting
• Good handling of MS Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Good German and English language skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliability
