Our professional team in Athens, Greece is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our company and work closely with our administrative team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, and providing essential assistance to our Executive Team and broking departments.


Your Role:

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives, staff and external visitors.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, communicating with local suppliers/service providers and maintaining office equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.


Your Competencies & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree of any background (preferably with a business orientation)
  • Fluency in English is essential (other languages are considered a plus)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
