ACCOUNTANT – REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS

We are a Greece-based company specializing in real estate investments and Golden Visa services, seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions
• Manage invoices, contracts, and payment processes
• Monitor bank accounts and international transfers
• Reconcile client and supplier accounts
• Support VAT filings and tax compliance
• Assist in preparing financial reports
• Maintain organized financial documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of Greek accounting and tax system preferred
• Experience in real estate or investments is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good English; Greek and/or Turkish is a plus
