We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. This role focuses on financial administration and reporting, ensuring accurate invoicing, monitoring claims, and maintaining liquidity controls. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of financial processes, and the ability to support decision-making through precise reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Monitor and report on claims and reciprocal transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and support management decision-making.
  • Oversee cash flow and liquidity, ensuring sufficient resources for operational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline administrative and financial procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial administration, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
