Key Responsibilities

  • Support the processing and recording of supplier and customer invoices
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting records and documentation
  • Support the preparation of payment runs and monitoring of incoming payments
  • Assist with the follow-up of outstanding invoices and vendor inquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and policies

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in accounting support or bookkeeping will be considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems will be considered a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
