ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, one of the leading commercial and industrial groups in Greece with activities in both retail and wholesale, is seeking to hire a Junior Accounting Associate.
📌 Location: Kifissia
📍 Working Model: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00
📜 Contract: Fixed-term with the possibility of extension
Your Responsibilities:
- Posting invoices, documents, and accounting entries into the company’s ERP system (SAP)
- Managing invoices related to accounting workflows and verifying all required documentation
- Communicating with internal and external partners to resolve accounting matters and outstanding issues
- Retrieving required documentation for tax audits and submitting it to relevant authorities
- Ensuring timely completion and submission of internal and external reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (AEI/TEI) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in an organized accounting department is a strong asset
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) will be considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and structured processes
Mandatory Language Skills:
- Fluent Greek & English
- Fluent Romanian - due to collaboration with partners in Romania
