Join Bally's Intralot as a Consolidation Accounting Manager

As our new Consolidation Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in the preparation of accurate and timely Group consolidated financial statements. You will work closely with cross-functional and international finance teams, ensuring the proper consolidation of all Group entities in line with IFRS and internal reporting standards.

What you 'll be doing:

• Oversee and review the standalone financial statements of Group subsidiaries, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and Group Accounting Policies; provide guidance and approve corrective actions where required.
• Drive the reconciliation and input entries of BS intercompany transactions and P&L items.
• Coordinate and support local finance controllers worldwide, acting as their primary point of contact for reporting, cash flow preparation and accounting policy alignment.
• Participate in the consolidation process and Group Financial Statements preparation under IFRS: be in charge for the preparation and input of Elimination entries in the ERP (Hyperion) used for Group consolidation purposes.
• Assist with quarterly reporting requirements to the Group parent company (Bally's Corporation; a US Listed entity)
• Assist in the preparation of disclosures/notes for the Group Financial Statements
• Drive internal reporting initiatives, prepare insightful financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variance analyses to support management decision-making.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• University Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of professional experience in similar roles or external auditing of statutory financial statements.
• Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Excellent use of MS Excel.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.

We would appreciate if you have:

• A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• A professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, ACA, or working towards such a qualification.
