Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide payroll services to a variety of portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Advise and support clients on payroll-related matters, proposing solutions.
  • Maintain and update employees’ records, including Keep records of sickness, absences & annual leaves.
  • Oversee and update submissions through the ERGANI system.
  • Deliver excellent client service, building trusted relationships.
  • Collaborate with a team of highly skilled motivated professionals.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any other relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processes and services
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation and the information system of Ergani
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Computer literacy and strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of any Payroll Programs
  • Ability to meet deadlines efficiently and effectively
