As a valued member of our finance team, you will support the accounting operations with a focus on tracking and recording costs for construction projects. This role is important for helping maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax requirements, and assisting in monitoring project expenses. You will work closely with senior team members, gaining hands-on experience in financial management within the real estate and construction sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure accurate cost registration and allocation of expenses to individual construction projects.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for each project, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze project-specific cost reports, comparing actual vs. budgeted expenses.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather financial data and monitor project budgets.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities, with a focus on cash flow management and liquidity planning.
• Provide regular financial updates and insights to the General Manager and senior management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent command to the English language, both in written and oral communication.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office (excel, word).
