As a key member of our finance department, you will oversee all accounting operations with a special focus on cost tracking and registration for construction projects. This role is vital to ensuring accurate financial management, compliance with tax regulations, and effective cost control across multiple ongoing projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure accurate cost registration and allocation of expenses to individual construction projects.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for each project, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze project-specific cost reports, comparing actual vs. budgeted expenses.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather financial data and monitor project budgets.
• Generate monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities, with a focus on cash flow management and liquidity planning.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants to ensure compliance with local tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Provide regular financial updates and insights to the General Manager and senior management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Proven experience in real estate accounting and finance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent command to the English language, both in written and oral communication.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office (excel, word).
