Main responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and B2B platform promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed product information and customer support for ophthalmic products.
  • Handle the complete order cycle: from order receipt, confirmation, and processing to shipment, delivery coordination, and follow-up.
  • Issue accurate sales invoices according to internal guidelines and contractual terms.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on overdue payments in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Manage customer claims and back orders with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, orders, deliveries, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in invoicing and order-to-cash cycle preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP software and English language
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field will be an asset.
