ManpowerGroup, on behalf of Uber, the world's largest ride-sharing company, is looking for an experienced, data-driven Key Account Operations Manager, with strong analytical, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.

Working Days and Hours: Monday-Friday, 10.00-18.00 / Hybrid model

Main responsibilities:

The Key Account Operations Manager role is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the Greek market, through the growth and optimization of strategic partner accounts working with the Uber platform.

The job holder will have the following key Accountabilities :

• Partner Relations:

1. Sources and manages key partner relationships
2. Identifies and takes on problem areas for partners
3. Works with the team to continuously improve and ensure high level experience on the Uber platform

• Stakeholder management:

1. Takes time to establish effective relationships
2. Earns the trust of others within the organization through strong situational awareness and reliability
3. Liaises with external and internal stakeholders to identify local business needs and ensure support for tactical initiatives

• Analytics:

1. Utilizes data to understand business needs, marketplace dynamics, driver behavior or areas for improvement and helps company’s partners to optimize their business

• Develop & Optimize Processes:

Drives high quality growth strategies and a customer centric mindset to implement high impact initiatives

1. Takes big picture ideas and breaks them into actionable steps for Operations and CEX teams

• Teamwork:

1. Works alongside a team of Operations Managers and Customer Experience Agents
2. Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience of supply operations, business development / account management / strategy work in a large business, or of growing a startup
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration or relative field
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
• Emotional IQ to deal with internal and external stakeholders
• Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
• Speed, resourcefulness, and go getter attitude - Uber is committed to constant improvement
