Sidenor, is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the HR team in Maroussi. With 60 years of industry know-how and expertise Sidenor is the largest steel industry in Greece and constitutes the steel production and trading segment of Viohalco. Sidenor Group is a leading steel producer in Southeastern Europe with 6 production units in Greece, Bulgaria, Northern Macedonia and Cyprus.
The Group's products are available in more than 50 countries with a significant contribution to the economic growth, such as those of steel reinforcing for building and infrastructure projects, shipbuilding and various other industrial applications.
As the Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will report to the Talent & Reward Senior Manager and you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating rewards’ and benefits’ data for SIDENOR Group while providing suggestions that enhance the Business Strategy.
Your Role
- Design and prepare reports supporting compensation and benefits projects
- Perform quality checks of benefits-related data
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS by closely collaborating with local HR departments and Benefits team
- Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
- Responsible for the accurate organizational data in HRIS (Success Factors)
- Support in conducting organizational surveys in order to identify employees’ needs
- Support in other HR projects; especially Benefits related ones
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HRM or any other related field
- MSc in HRM or MBA will be a plus
- 2+ years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits role, preferably in a well-established company
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office; good knowledge of Success Factors is a plus
- Familiarity with HR processes & methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent command of English language
