Employer Branding Solutions team is consulting our clients on a variety of services like Employee Value Proposition, Candidate Experience, Onboarding Evaluation, Industry Benchmarking, Career Site Optimization and Employer Branding Audit. By being part of our team you would be able to deep dive into HR functionalities and develop a wider knowledge of the Greek market through our work with different organizations.

Responsibilities

• Working with the biggest national brands and top experts in the field
• Illustrate productive solutions that help companies to be better places to work
• Support the creation of Employer Branding content for national and global use (material needed, surveys implementation, data collection and analysis etc)
• Design and Analyze Employer Branding benchmarking on diverse industries
• Assist the research process and creation of  new services regarding Employer Branding functionalities
• Follow-up with the sales team on the ongoing projects and administrate research information
• Assist in collaboration with the marketing team regarding the implementation of  needed material into visual content
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Statistics would be the ideal or Business / Marketing
• Interest in Employer Branding / HR
• Tech savvy attitude and mindset
• Analytical skills
• Advisory Mindset
• Project Management Skills
• Proficient English communication skills
• Curiosity and passion for HR and Marketing
• Familiar with GSuite apps and/or Microsoft Office
