Key Accountabilities
- Install and configure software and hardware in a Windows Environment
- Set up accounts, workstations, handheld scanners, voice - vision picking devices
- Basic management skills in AD, DHCP, Office 365 Administration
- Manage networks devices
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- End user support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or closely related IT field.
- Basic management skills in AD, DHCP, Office 365 Administration
- Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- Passionate and self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and independently
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
